Dear enthusiasts,

I'm very happy to announce that since the middle of April I've been working and posting (almost) every day on the design and development of Sonuby 2.0.

The new version will bring a new design and a lot of new features and improvements.

While I'd like to keep the biggest feature a surprise for the release day, I can already give you a hint of what you'll be able to do with it:

Create and configure your own forecasts.

There will also be a lot of improvements to the existing Sonuby experience:

  1. Weather maps will have their own tab
  2. Weather reports can be fully configured
    1. Disable weather modules
    2. Rearrange weather modules
    3. Configure what data each weather module shows
  3. The user experience will feel much more intuitive and focused on forecasts

For those of you who are not part of the beta program, let me know if you'd like to be a part of it and I'll invite you as soon as the first Sonuby 2.0 beta release is out.

As with any redesign, the design changes may be a bit disruptive at first. But I'm sure the new design is a huge improvement in both user experience and visual enjoyment.

Sonuby 2.0 will be available in summer 2024.

I can't wait to hear what you think 🙂
